I am Nancy Fader MFT. I became a therapist because I felt called to help others resolve their emotional pain and suffering and to regain their mental health and well-being. I strive to provide empathy, active listening, validation, and connection with my clients while helping them to uncover and cultivate their strengths. I have been drawn to vulnerable populations and passionate about my work, I take pride in providing culturally competent therapy. I became a therapist because I felt called to help others resolve their emotional pain and suffering and regain their mental health and well-being.
My clients describe me as warm, patient, and non-judgmental. With a deep and authentic love for my work, I find myself endlessly challenged and rewarded. I understand when life becomes overwhelming that it is important to talk to someone.
I approach goal setting by meeting clients where they are at and prefer small goals and building on them. Clients are usually feeling relief after our first session and have a new focus.
