I have been in the field for over 17 years. I have worked with adolescents and their families as well as adults. In addition, I specialize in working with mental health issues such as depression, anxiety, and anger management. Also, I specialize in couples counseling and sex therapy.
When working with clients, I use Cognitive behavioral therapy, Client centered therapy, and Motivational interviewing. The client drives the therapy session while I help them navigate through their issues. My goal for the sessions are that a client feels better the end of the session than they did when they came in.
