I specialize in working with all types of Trauma, including physical and sexual abuse as well as veterans issues and others. I help people connect to the source of their conflict, and then find a path to help them move past it. If you are ready to stop living as just a survivor and move into living as a thriver, you've found the right place. Post Traumatic Stress Disorders and Dissociative Disorders are what I specialize in. However, I also work with depression, anxiety, self-esteem, eating disorders, anger issues, and a wide range of mental health issues. My dogs Bella and Tippin are also part of the therapy I offer.
Hypnotherapy, EMDR, Thought Field Therapy, Reiki, and Pranic Healing are all among the non-traditional therapies I offer. Cognitive Behavioral, Gestalt, Play, experiential and art therapy are more traditional therapies offered. I have a doctorate in Naturopathic medicine, helping clients with diet and nutrition and holistic healing methods.
Equine Therapy is the newest therapy in my practice. I have built a beautiful arena with 6 horses to work with to help you on your healing journey. I have been trained and certified in the EAGALA equine therapy model and have created a dynamic treatment team with my horses.
