Serving the Seattle area since 1993, I work best with clients who are wanting to thrive in their lives; looking to make positive changes, release old behaviors and habits that hold them back, and feel greater joy and balance within themselves. Utilizing counseling and hypnotherapy, as well as tapping and EMDR type techniques, support taking those new steps into the life they dream about.
There are many issues I have worked with people to work through over the years. These have included stress management, depression, anxiety, phobias, life transitions (career changes, divorce, empty nest, etc.), grief and loss, and trauma. Additionally specialized services are available for pregnancy and birth.
