I provide primarily CBT which focuses on questioning and reframing thoughts and beliefs to increase insight and change your experiences. I’ve seen clients have amazing breakthroughs using this technique and heal their pasts, their relationships, and their quality of life. I’ve also personally experienced that a miracle is simply a shift in perception.
I provide a safe and accepting space for you to work through your thoughts and emotions and come to a place of peace.
