Life is hard and it throws us one curve ball after the other. There is no need to go through it alone. Now is the time to focus on mending your heart from past and/or present wounds. If you've experienced triggers that are affecting your family, we can work through it. If your child is experiencing anxiety, depression, suicidal ideation, behavioral issues, or lacks coping skills, we can work through it.

I am passionate about working with people of all ages, especially kids, teens, and families. I approach my work using experiential play when words seem to fail for clients. I believe that everyone has what it takes to grow and heal when given a safe and supportive environment to do so.

My areas of special clinical interest include anxiety, depression, suicidal ideation, trauma, perfectionism, family conflict, parenting issues. My approach to therapy includes cognitive-behavioral therapy, play therapy, and internal family systems.
