We all struggle from time to time, it's part of being human. In therapy, we will help you get through a difficult time and as you do you will gain the knowledge and tools necessary to make lasting positive change in your life. I help individuals who feel stuck or dissatisfied with some aspect of their life increase self-awareness and self-compassion and decrease unwanted symptoms such as anxiety, depression and negative thoughts. I have experience with folks in all stages of adulthood, but especially those in young adulthood (18-35) and parents of young children and/or folks experiencing infertility.

I am committed to providing each client with a safe, comfortable place where you can feel free to explore even the most challenging emotions and experiences. My sessions often include a healthy dose of both honesty and humor. I strive to stay open, curious and willing to learn. I believe in social, racial, economic and environmental justice.

My own life experiences, including challenges related to early adulthood, fertility, postpartum and parenthood, have deepened and strengthened my belief in the power of self-compassion, mindfulness and empathy. I do this work because I believe in the power of this work and I feel so honored to bear witness to each client's story of strength and struggle.
