I welcome clients with non-judgmental curiosity ready to explore the concerns they bring to therapy. My focus is on supporting individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, the effects of trauma, ADHD and life transitions. Together, we focus on the emotions and beliefs that may be limiting growth, helping release what no longer serves you.
I utilize an eclectic approach drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness and body mind therapeutic approaches that promote healing and deep transformation; primarliy utilizing Internal Family Systems (IFS) Model.
I am especially passionate about working with clients who are nuerodivergent, helping them foster self-awareness, self-acceptance and develop resources. As an OT I bring knowledge of current neuroscience to support exploration of sensory processing differences, nervous system regulation, and executive functioning.
