I'll help you identify patterns, develop alternative behaviors, and deeply connect; creating safe space for each of you to heal, grow, and find the support and compassion for yourself/each other to live a wholeheartedly conscious and fulfilling life together!

In my experience, progress often happens right as the hour-long session is wrapping up. Therefore, I work with couples for 90 minute sessions to achieve real break throughs. I incorporate everything from Motivational interviewing to IFS to Imago to Psychodynamic psychotherapy tools to make your relationship goals reality! (Limited 60-min pkgs available.)
