About
It has been my experience as a licensed counselor that clients know themselves better than anyone. I see therapy as a joint venture where our knowledge and skills are combined to create resolutions and new pathways.
A good therapeutic relationship includes trust, authenticity, freedom to express oneself and positive outcomes. I specialize in treating adults who struggle with mood issues such as anxiety, depression, Obsessive Compulsive Disorder, and Bipolar Disorder.
I completed my B.A. at Lindsey Wilson College in Columbia, Kentucky. My Master’s degree was also obtained through Lindsey Wilson College in Columbia, Kentucky. I am currently enrolled at Capella University where I am finishing my Doctorate in Psychology. I enjoy helping others and making a difference!
