I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Vermont and New York with experience providing counseling to adults, teens, children, and families in mental health clinics and private agencies. I also have had extensive experience working with children and teens in public schools and clinical settings where I am able to support them emotionally, socially, and academically. When working with children and adolescents, I work closely with families and caregivers as they are the key to making continued change.
I use varied approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, Narrative Therapy, and Play Therapy, always with the focus of helping each client develop their strengths and resilience to achieve personal growth. My areas of experience include Anxiety, Depression, Grief and Loss, ADHD, Life Transitions, and School Adjustment.
