About
I believe that every person has an emotional, mental, physical and spiritual life that needs to be supported and nurtured. In a setting that is caring, supportive and ethical, I work to empower individuals, couples and families to manage their own well-being.
I utilize a systemic approach that considers clients within the context of their relationships, and operate from a strengths-based perspective seeking to build on and enhance clients existing strengths and resources.
My 20+ years of experience include career counseling and coaching in the corporate environment as well as a wealth of experience in clinical settings. I enjoy working with individuals and couples and also find utilizing play therapy with children, and working with adolescents and families to be very rewarding.
