Relationship Recovery
GROUP BEGINS SEPTEMBER 24, 2025 and meets every other Wednesday evening (6:30-8:00PM) for 8 weeks. Have you been harmed by a person in a relationship and are still struggling to recover from the wound? Relationships include romantic, familial, professional, social or academic. The focus of the group work is on self compassion, radical acceptance, assertive interaction practice, and boundary setting and management. Requires reservation and advance payment ($75/session). Groups are 2-10 people. All gender expressions are welcome and will be treated with respect in a safe environment.
