I provide a safe space where you can process and reflect on your thoughts without judgment.
I believe in using the strengths model where each individual can use their existing strengths to overcome their obstacles. I am largely influenced by the Cognitive Behavioral Therapy approach. We work together to develop tools that you can use to reflect and cope with any issues you may be facing.
