If you are experiencing trauma, depression, anxiety, eating disorder, relationships difficulties, feeling stuck, we will create a space for exploration and healing.
I provide a person centered approach to identify beliefs and ideas that are not serving you. I offer Brainspotting and EMDR for eliminating or decreasing these beliefs. We will also work from a somatic perspective, identifying how and where your body has been holding onto these beliefs.
