My work centers on two connected areas: multigenerational family dynamics and couples therapy. I'm drawn to the way patterns and unspoken rules travel through families and the relief that comes when clients finally see those dynamics clearly.
In couples work, I draw from Gottman and EFT principles to help partners communicate more honestly and feel genuinely understood. I'm also SYMBIS certified and offer premarital counseling. I also work with clients navigating multicultural identity, life transitions, adult child and parent dynamics, ADHD executive functioning, and grief.
