Namasté is Lawrence’s only Master Certified Accelerated Resolution Therapist (ART). ART uses in-vivo exposure through visualization and rapid eye movement or bi lateral stimulation to reprogram the way in which distressful memories are stored in the brain, reducing strong physical and emotional reactions to past experiences. Also a Brainspotting Therapist, Namaste can support you in using points in your visual field to assist you in accessing and processing previously unresolved trauma or painful past memories stored in the subcortical brain. Both are ideal for treating depression, PTSD, trauma, anxiety, etc.
I’ve received extensive training integrating multiple evidence based interventions with modern research to address not just the emotional pain, but the physical discomfort of stress, anxiety, depression & PTSD.
