Namasté is a Lawrence’s only Master Certified Accelerated Resolution Therapist (ART), ART uses in-vivo exposure through visualization and rapid eye movement to reprogram the way in which distressful memories are stored in the brain, reducing strong physical and emotional reactions to past experiences. Also a Brainspotting Therapist, Namaste can support you in using points in your visual field to assist you in accessing and processing previously unresolved trauma or painful past memories stored in the subcortical brain. Both are ideal for treating depression, PTSD, trauma, anxiety, etc.
I’ve received extensive training integrating multiple evidence based interventions with modern research to address not just the emotional pain, but the physical discomfort of stress, anxiety, depression & PTSD. Together we will work towards achieving the lasting growth & healing you desire while maintaining that exquisite piece that makes you, you.
With Feedback Informed Treatment (FIT), sessions can be tailored to meet your specific needs and monitored for progress. Located in downtown Lawrence, Namaste provides a comfortable atmosphere, equipped to meet the therapy needs for both children and adults. In person and Tele-play-therapy/adult individual teletherapy is available.
