“Part of healing is dealing with the memories you would rather forget”.
Welcome, taking this first step may have been difficult, but you made it, you are here and you’re probably looking for relief. Are you feeling overwhelmed, stressed, or anxious? Do things just not seem to be going right in your life? We as people are complex, personal experiences shape worldview, memories, and coping strategies.
I am an experienced independent clinical therapist and addiction professional, having worked in multiple settings, such as community mental health and private based counseling. I work from a strength-based collaborative approach with the belief that you already possess everything that you need to overcome your current circumstances.
