My ideal client is someone who can benefit from addressing unprocessed trauma, challenging their negative though patterns, and developing healthy coping and stress management skills. I believe taking care of your mental health is equally as important and taking care of your physical health.

I offer virtual sessions to address symptoms of anxiety, depression, trauma, phase of life issues, and substance misuse. My evidenced-based treatment modalities of choice include but aren’t limited to Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), EMDR, Motivational Interviewing (MI), MET, and Play Therapy.

I always begin with a rapport building session, where you’ll have the opportunity to share your story and what you hope to achieve in therapy. We’ll work together to figure out a plan! I strive to create a warm, welcoming environment that helps you to feel comfortable sharing and being vulnerable, while also feeling secure.
