I’m a licensed professional counselor (LPC) with 17 years of experience supporting individuals, couples, and families through life’s most challenging moments. I help clients navigate trauma, relationship concerns, communication issues, emotional disconnection, and major life transitions. My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in helping you understand how your story shapes your wellbeing and relationships.
I earned my master’s degree in marriage and family therapy from Southern Nazarene University. I draw from cognitive behavioral therapy, trauma-focused care, and emotionally focused, relationship-centered approaches to guide our work. Each session is tailored to meet you exactly where you are.
I’m passionate about helping people rebuild connection, strengthen emotional intimacy, and communicate in healthier, more fulfilling ways.
