About
I specialize in the clinical treatment of women, their children and families. Women are unique from any other clinical group and deserve to get individualized services tailored to meet their needs. My goal is to empower women, help alleviate their symptoms and address their personal goals for wellness. It is of utmost importance that my clients feel safe, respected and supported.
Over the years I have provided services to hundreds of individuals, couples and families. Commonly treated issues include depression, anxiety, trauma and family conflict. I have extensive training in different psychotherapies that help address women's issues like past sexual/mental/physical abuse, parenting issues, becoming a first time mother, work issues and relationship conflict.
Counseling services are available online. For more information please visit my website at www.amanahcounseling.com or contact me directly by e-mail. Your initial consultation is completely free.
