I work with children and adolescents (3-18) struggling with adjustment disorders, ADHD, Autism, developmental changes, self-esteem, anxiety, depression, and family conflict. I provide parenting support and coaching focused on emotional regulation and limit setting. I work with young adults dealing with life transitions, identity exploration, and various mental health concerns. I focus on supporting a client's understanding of things within our control and maintaining radical acceptance about the things we cannot. We'll work together to establish healthy coping skills and create proactive plans for managing life's challenges.
I provide a safe and nonjudgmental environment that allows you to express yourself in all the ways you might need to. We will focus on your strengths and increasing your self-trust to create change. Play based therapy allows children to process their experience using their natural language of play.
My therapy space is open to all and I strive to create a genuine connection with every client. The therapeutic relationship is my top priority.
