I work with children, teens, and young adults navigating anxiety, ADHD, trauma, PTSD, and dissociation, including DID. Many of my clients come in feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or disconnected from themselves or others, and unsure how to begin making sense of what they’re experiencing or how to move forward. I provide a grounded, supportive, and collaborative space where we slow things down, build understanding of what’s happening, and focus on practical coping skills and emotional regulation. My goal is to help clients feel more stable, self-aware, and confident in managing daily life, relationships, and emotional challenges.
I offer a supportive, trauma-informed space where clients don’t need the “right words” to begin. Together, we slow things down, build emotional safety, and gently explore what feels overwhelming or unclear. I help clients feel understood, supported, and less alone while building practical coping tools.
