As your coach, I support you in things like setting boundaries, reaching personal and professional goals, getting out of your own way (we all do it), growing emotional intelligence, building new routines, and understanding how brain function impacts motivation & regulation to help make your goals a reality. I offer accountability with compassionate, nonjudgmental support every step of the way.
To best serve my clients, I offer therapy-informed coaching. I’ve earned a MS in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, Master Life Coach Certification, Master Neuro-Linguistic Practitioner (NLP) Certification, and 18 additional credentials in related studies. I also draw from my own experience in this journey, sharing relevant insights when they may be helpful.
