I am here to support you! I specialize in partnering with adults experiencing Anxiety, PTSD, Impaired Self-Esteem, Spiritual or Religious Stressors, Burnout and Compassion Fatigue. I provide Helping Professionals (Nurses, Teachers, Social Workers, Counselors, First Responders, Parents, Care Providers) with a safe space to be vulnerable, explore a greater sense of Self, address life's concerns and improve self-care. My down-to-earth, inclusive style will also help you to feel safe, and at ease. I also specialize in supporting those who identify as Neurodivergent, Highly Sensitive Person and/or Empaths.
I utilize an integrative, somatic-based approach to inspire your healing abilities and help you toward your wellness goals. I work through a holistic, strength-based and person-centered lens so during our time together, I will encourage you toward increased coping and caring skills, gentle personal growth, and greater freedom to risk, hope & love yourSelf.
Our sessions may include: Psychedelic Preparation and Integration, Somatic Experiencing, IFS Therapy, Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (ACT), Vibrational Sound Therapy, and Self-Compassion and Breathing techniques. Awakening Through Self-Compassion
This 8-week online course is designed to support the development and use of Self-Compassion as a life skill. Based on the research and expertise of Kristin Neff and Christopher Germer, (MSC) this course teaches core principles and guided practical steps on becoming kinder, more accepting & less judgmental. Mindfulness Self-Compassion can significantly increased life satisfaction, as well as decreased depression, anxiety, & stress. Participants will learn how to accept and respond to themselves and life challenges with more kindness, care & understanding. Cost: one payment of $299 or two monthly payments of $155.
