Hello! I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who has been practicing since 2015. I specialize in working with individuals who have experienced trauma and significant life hardships, including sexual abuse, domestic violence, grief and loss, as well as those coping with symptoms of depression, anxiety, and PTSD.
In addition to individual therapy, I work with couples using the Marriage Links perspective. For clients who are interested, I also integrate Christian-based counseling to help address mental health concerns through a faith-informed lens.
I take a person-centered approach to therapy, believing that each client is the expert in their own life. I walk alongside my clients, offering guidance and support as they navigate interpersonal change and emotional healing. My clinical work often incorporates Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT).
