I provide individual therapy for children ages three and up, teens, and adults dealing with traumatic experiences, loss, difficult life circumstances, depression or anxiety, emotional dysregulation. I also work with couples and families that may be struggling with conflicting family dynamics, unmet expectations, disconnect in communication, infertility, unexpected life transitions, intimacy or trust issues, and parenting challenges. I utilize Restoration Therapy, Narrative Therapy, EMDR, and Sandtray Therapy with adults and Play Therapy with children.
In our sessions with teens and adults, we focus on emotions, attachment, and connections to help you better understand your experiences, strengthen relationships, and create meaningful change. When working with children, I use play therapy to honor their natural curiosity and support their sense of autonomy.
