I believe that healing begins in a relationship where you feel seen, heard, and understood. My approach is trauma-informed and draws from EMDR, mindfulness, and attachment-based principles to support meaningful, lasting change. In our work together, I strive to create a space that is grounded in compassion and curiosity.

I work with children, teens, adults, couples, and families navigating challenges such as PTSD, CPTSD, anxiety, depression, ADHD, grief, relationship issues, and life transitions. I am especially passionate about identity work, supporting clients in exploring who they are beyond the roles, expectations, and experiences they have grown up with.

I believe we grow up absorbing messages from our families, communities, and culture, and part of healing is gently unpacking what aligns with who you are today and what no longer serves you. My goal is to support you in reconnecting with yourself in a way that feels more aligned, empowered, and authentic while still honoring your story with care.
