I am state certified in TF-CBT, a specific way of making sense of trauma by integrating thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. It is the strongest evidence-based treatment to date for children ages 5 to 18. I use a variety of other approaches including solution-focused, humanistic, and DBT-informed.
