Hello! My mission is to create a therapeutic relationship where kids are able to explore their perspectives, learn to thrive in a complicated world, and support parents in assisting their child with their growth. I work with children between the ages of 5 and 18, and it’s important to me that kids have a voice while also learning how to make their world a better place. I have participated in training on working with neurodiverse children, trauma-informed practices, expressive arts therapy, and Gottman Method Level 1 couples therapy.
My background includes participating in the performing arts as an actor and saxophonist. I enjoy connecting with artistic, creative, neurodiverse, and often misunderstood or “defiant” children. I am affirming of my LGBTQ+ clients and support exploration and growth in their lived experiences.
At the end of the day, we are all human. I will never claim to have all of the answers, but I will help your child and family find the best answers for your family system. I am excited to learn more about you, your family, and support you in creating a safe space to grow.
