I am a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor, a Nationally Certified Counselor, and a Certified Clinical Hypnotherapist, who has been practicing Individual, Couple, Family and Group Therapy since 1993. I am dedicated to providing a safe and confidential therapeutic atmosphere in which I can help my client's and their families reach their goals, heal themselves, and achieve their potential. I take an eclectic and practical approach to counseling and use a variety of therapeutic techniques customized for the client so that they can be successful.
I treat older adolescents, and adults who present with a variety of challenges including depression and anxiety, Bipolar Disorder, self-esteem issues, grief and loss,insomnia, trauma, relationship issues, stress and anger management, and ADD/ADHD.
