I believe I have the best job in the world. I enjoy walking along side my client's as they explore new ways of thinking and interacting in their world. I approach each client with a gentle curiosity of how they see their world and help them to set and reach goals they want to achieve. I use a strength based approach to helping people and bring in several different types of interventions to tailor the counseling experience to each client.
My office at Eagle Crest Resort in Redmond Oregon pomotes a relaxed and confidential location for my clients and giving client's time to pause in life. I encourage my clients to take some time walking, biking, golfing, or sitting down at the local café after session, before jumping back into life.
I specialize in working with Police, Fire, Dispatchers, and EMT and their significant other in their life. My husband and I teach classes on first responder marriage and understand the stress of living in a first responder home. I am available for trainings, CISM, Debriefings, Defusings
