If you are seeking help with trauma, an eating disorder, struggles with food, your body, or anything in between, there are options other than what we have been taught. Our culture and our world often create an environment for people that encourages self denial. A wide variety of traumas often leave people with chronic feelings of fear, trouble with sleep, relationship distress, and dependence on something that might harm them.
I am passionate about growing self-compassion and acceptance in my clients. I have years of experienced working with people using Health at Every Size and trauma informed care. My goal is to guide my clients into paradigm shifts that lead to healing and a more fulfilled life.
I look forward to getting to know you and build a relationship toward your own version of healing! Reaching out to a therapist can be difficult so I offer free consultations and I am open to you reaching out with any questions.
