I work with teens, couples, families and adults. I specialize in those who have experienced trauma, neglect, or struggles with feeling like they don’t belong, attachment concerns, people-pleasing, boundary-setting, depression, anxiety, BPD, and unhealthy relationship patterns. I utilize mindfulness, self-compassion, and practical tools from CBT, DBT and IFS.
My approach is gentle and nonjudgmental. Clients often share that they feel truly seen and safe in our work together, which is always my top priority. I grew up as a military brat, moving frequently around the world. I have been able to experience and cherish many ways of living, cultures and experiencing life, so anyone is welcome to step into this space.
