We will grow into integrating these capacities in ways that work for you in your current life.
First in Hawaii to be a Certified Sensorimotor Psychotherapist (Somatic), TIST Certified, EMDR trained and Advanced Emotion Focused Therapy-all proven paths for complex challenges/trauma. Additionally, my yoga training can help facilitate mind/body connections. Lastly, my 17 years in high tech allows me to resonate with the working professional.
