Thank you for taking the time to learn about my practice. I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor, a Registered Play Therapist, and a PMH-C (Perinatal Mental Health Certified) clinician, working with clients across the lifespan, from young children to adults. I also serve as a Professor of Counselor Education, which keeps me closely connected to the latest research and training in the field.
My approach draws on a range of evidence-based methods, including Cognitive Behavioral, Person-Centered, Psychodynamic, Mindfulness-Based, Play, and Dialectical Behavioral therapies. I am also an EMDRIA-certified EMDR therapist.
I believe the relationship and trust we build together are at the heart of meaningful therapeutic work.
