I work primarily with women and men who are navigating the effects of trauma, chronic stress, and life transitions. My approach is trauma-informed, somatic, and strength-based. Together we work on identifying your patterns, regulating your nervous system, and helping you reconnect with clarity, agency, and resilience.
I have 25 years of experience supporting people through personal change, growth, and healing. As an eco-therapist, I also offer outdoor sessions that integrate movement and the grounding effects of nature.
