Sometimes life can be challenging, and you need support from an expert to help you feel better. I can help you recover from depression, bipolar disorder, mood disorders, anxiety disorders, OCD, panic disorders, grief/ loss, trauma, low self-esteem, academic stress, career counseling, social identity concerns (racial, ethnic, sexual), interpersonal issues, relationship problems, and family concerns. I use cognitive- behavioral techniques like mindfulness, stress reduction tools, deep breathing, cognitive restructuring, visualization, and more to help client feel better.
