I work with adults who tend to take on a lot and keep things running, even when it comes at a personal cost. From the outside, they often appear capable and put-together, but internally they may feel strained, restless, or disconnected from themselves. Many of the people I see are doing well in their careers or relationships, yet still have a sense that something important is missing, subdued, or under pressure beneath the surface. They often reach out when insight alone hasn’t created the relief they were hoping for, or when they’re tired of maintaining appearances while feeling like something deeper inside begs to be seen.

My approach is Jungian, psychodynamic, and relational, grounded in careful listening. I listen closely, stay curious, and ask thoughtful questions that help bring clarity to patterns and experiences that may not yet be fully conscious.

This work isn’t about self-improvement, but about reconnecting with yourself. We take time to understand enduring patterns, internal tensions, and expectations that have become heavy to hold on your own. Therapy offers room to be honest, without urgency, where change unfolds through being seen and understood.
