You show up for others but struggle to recognize and honor your own needs and voice. I help my clients move from anxiety, overthinking and "analysis paralysis" to embodiment, self-trust, confidence in their lives. So much of what holds us back isn’t conscious—it’s wired into our nervous system, which is why I help my clients through a "bottom up approach", meaning we work a lot with the body through tools like Somatic Experiencing and IFS parts work.
Through a blend of depth psychology and a nervous system-informed approach, I help you uncover unconscious patterns that keep you stuck in cycles of dysregulation, hypervigilance, and self-protection. Together, we’ll shift these patterns, creating a deep well of inner safety—one that allows you to fully experience life in all its complexity.
