This is a liberation-focussed space to build your relationship with yourself, gain a deeper understanding of your emotions, heal from past wounds, or navigate complex feelings of depression, anxiety, or PTSD. Whether it is long term difficulties with relationships, abuse, or attachment trauma, processing illness or grief, or navigating the impact of systemic oppression from racial or gender trauma—the things that have happened to you do not have to be in control of you. I help my clients find empowerment in building the future you want and finding a healthy relationship with your past and overcome oppression and injustice
One of my fundamental beliefs as a therapist is that you, the client, are not the problem in your life. The problem is the problem, but the words we use to describe ourselves and our situations holds great power in shaping our realities. I hope to help clients discern root causes, and find empowerment in growing beyond those expectations with confidence.
You get to decide what the relationships with different sides of yourself look like, whether its identity, symptoms, or vulnerability, I hope to help all my clients with figuring out a way to confidently navigate this world.
