My ideal client is a first-generation immigrant or first-generation American who feels pulled between cultural expectations and their own needs. They may struggle with anxiety, low self-esteem, guilt, or shame, and feel “not enough” despite being capable and thoughtful. They want a safe, culturally responsive space to process emotions, heal past experiences, and better understand themselves. Their goal is to build confidence, reduce anxiety, improve relationships, and live more authentically—with greater clarity, balance, and inner peace.
I offer mindfulness-based, trauma-informed, and culturally responsive therapy for first-generation immigrants and first-generation Americans navigating anxiety, self-doubt, cultural pressure, and identity conflict. I specialize in EMDR and also provide immigration psychological evaluations, supporting healing, self-esteem, relationships, and authentic living
