I have experience working with clients presenting with a number of issues that include depression, anxiety, substance abuse, personality disorders, trauma and severe and persistent mental illness.
As a counseling psychologist, I provide therapeutic support, and empower clients to achieve personal growth, and enhance well-being. You will learn about healthy coping skills that will allow you to manage symptoms of depression, anxiety, stress and family/relationship dynamics.
In addition to psychotherapy, I provide consultation on issues such as child welfare (CPS) investigations, and concerns related to seniors and vulnerable adults. I can offer guidance on how to respond to a child welfare/adult protective services investigation or when a loved one is experiencing a mental health crisis.
