I assess and treat a variety of issues such as : anxiety, depression, trauma, OCD, PTSD, self-esteem, boundaries,substance abuse, addiction, anger, life change issues, and bi-polar disorder. I use a variety of therapeutic interventions including mindfulness, EMDR, CBT, and the Gottman Method. As a clinician I've grown to believe in self-determination,
the ability to grow and effect change, accountability, self-care & acceptance. Our practice believes that tomorrow is a new day for each one of us and given the right tools, we can change our thoughts, feelings and outcomes.
