If you are struggling with your mental health or with substance abuse and can’t seem to take the next steps toward your overall well-being, I can work with you to help you identify your strengths and how you can use them to work towards your goals. If depression, anxiety, or other mental health symptoms make it that much harder to get into recovery, I can help you explore how to manage these symptoms as you work toward finding stability.
I tailor my approach to each individual's needs in order to help them explore their struggle with mental health and/or addiction, identify strengths, and work on making the changes necessary to reach their goals. My approaches primarily include cognitive behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, and person centered counseling.
In my 10 years in the field I have worked with individuals with various diagnoses, and in all different stages of their recoveries, and I believe stability is possible for anyone who wants it. I want to help you get there. I am currently accepting new patients for telehealth/virtual or in person appointments, at one of two locations.
