I work with adults navigating anxiety, burnout, trauma, stress, relationship challenges, and life transitions. My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and focused on helping clients build insight, resilience, and meaningful change. My communication style is warm, honest, collaborative, and supportive. I strive to create a space where clients feel comfortable being themselves while also feeling challenged to grow, build insight, and make meaningful changes at a pace that feels manageable and empowering.
Our first session is an opportunity for us to get to know each other and begin building a supportive, judgment-free space. We’ll discuss what brought you to therapy, the challenges you’re facing, your goals, and what you hope to gain from the process.
