I have worked extensively with Anxiety, Depression, PTSD, Anger Management, Domestic Violence (Victim and Abuser), Trauma, Grief, Verbal/Sexual/Physical Abuse, Substance and Alcohol Abuse. Mindfulness, person-centered, trauma focused therapeutic approaches used to help Client better understand their stressors and learn coping strategies to deal with these stressors. My goal is to help Clients find their inner strengths and empower them to live their best and most fulfilling lives.
I have training in Multicultural Counseling and Faith Based Counseling. I have experience working with people of different ethnic, racial, religious, sexual orientation, and cultural backgrounds. I am a Third Culture Kid (TCK) and trained to deal with the unique experiences of TCKs. My approach to Therapy is adapted to unique needs of the Clients.
My goal is to provide a judgment free zone and help Clients feel safe to discuss their issues in privacy. My aim is to empower Clients by helping them discover their strengths and learn how to use that to deal with stressors.

This is a place for Single/Young Adult Muslim women to process common issues they face in their day to day lives. This will be a safe space for new Moms to process post-partum depression/anxiety. This will be a supportive and non-judgmental space for Moms to process challenges they are facing in Motherhood, and receive validation from their peers. This will be 100% Virtual for convenience of new moms.
