I am a Licensed Professional therapist and a Nationally Certified Counselor, that has worked with various populations from teenagers to the elderly in different settings. While using Solution Focused Therapy, Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, EMDR and Mindfulness approaches, I provide a nonjudgmental and safe environment to help clients through life's difficulties. I have experience with helping patients process grief and loss, trauma, substance abuse, personality disorders, being on the receiving end of narcissistic abuse and more common concerns such as anxiety/depression.
Together we can identify triggers and work through patterns of behaviors that are no longer working or helpful. I enjoy doing EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), which focuses on your past, present, and future worries. Additionally. I am also a trauma informed clinician.
