Things we experience in childhood often stays with us and changes how we view our world. Whether you dealt with abuse, loneliness, or criticism as a child, our minds tend to create a narrative about ourselves as adults. I can guide you through harmful memories in a safe and controlled in environment. EMDR works by internal processing so you will not have to have long drawn out conversations of your pain which can be retraumatizing. I also office a Teen Girl Empowerment Group at Mosaic Mental Health on Saturdays! I offer clinical supervision hours for associate level therapists as $125 per hour.

My approach is genuine, and collaborative, rooted in the belief that meaningful healing begins within a trusting therapeutic relationship. I incorporate EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) therapy alongside other modalities like CBT, mindfulness and strength based approaches to help clients process difficult experiences.

Whether you're navigating anxiety, trauma, life transitions, or simply feeling overwhelmed, my goal is to provide a compassionate, nonjudgmental space where you feel safe and supported. Together, we'll work to foster insight, strengthen coping skills, and create lasting, meaningful change. We will laugh and cry together as you heal!

This group builds a community for teen girls who struggle with anxiety, depression, eating disorders, self harm, and those apart of the LGBTQ+ community. In group our members with explore thoughts, emotions, and use CBT techniques to cope. We also engage in play and art therapy in our groups. This group has been running for over two years with many success stories.
